Blake suggested some changes, we were very happy that he explained them to us. I really like that he never pushed the changes on us. "After 20+ years with the same auto insurance, I got tired of having my rates increase every renewal. So, I fired them and started looking around. I started talking to Marco Fulgencio about 7 months ago when he responded to my request for new coverage. Allstate came in a little cheaper, so we went with them. Marco understood our decision and asked me if he could call me in 6 months when our renewal came around. I said ‘sure’ thinking he would forget. However, at the first renewal, Allstate raised my rates and I fired them too!! As he promised, Marco called me and gave me a new quote. It was a good quote and saved us a little money. Saving money is a factor, however, loyalty to me and looking out for me is an even bigger factor to me. Marco now has my auto and renter insurance business!!"

"2024-04-19 Contacted Blake’s office for renters insurance. Israel handled my policy. He was very friendly and polite, and very patient. Also got a chance to talk to Blake and the lady handling billing. Everybody in the office is super nice and professional. Had a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this office. EDITED: 2024-10-14 Worked with Stephanie at Blake's office for our auto insurance. She was very quick in her responses. Our original quote on State Farm web site was way too high. But Stephanie contacted me and was able to adjust the options to fit our budget. At the end of the day, we signed up with State Farm. Thank you very much Stephanie for your help and patience with all my change requests. Looking forward to starting our journey with State Farm in Texas!"
